Phi Hotel Ambra welcomes you with a breakfast of sweet and savory items, in a cozy atmosphere, with friendly staff willing to cater to your every need.

Our breakfast buffet offers a varied and delicious assortment of fresh products prepared every morning: high-quality baked goods, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams and preserves, highlighting some typical local products and traditional recipes, all accompanied by coffee and a wide selection of hot and cold beverages. We also offer plant-based and “free-from” products for those with intolerances or specific dietary requirements.

The jams on our buffet are special because they are purchased from the Monastero del Cottolengo, which produces them for Phi Hotels. The initiative called "Il buono che fa bene" reflects our attention to the well-being of our guests, as the jams contain only seasonal fruit, picked at its peak ripeness, untreated, and low in calories. This initiative also supports the common good, as Phi Hotels, by purchasing the jams, contributes to the sustenance of the Cottolengo Monastery.

To offer an environmentally and socially respectful breakfast service, we pay special attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste, and using sustainable local products with zero food miles.

The service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Sundays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

For guests who need to depart early, an Early Breakfast service is available.
