What to visit

Pescara city to visit

Pescara is a lively coastal city year-round, day and night, with a bustling center full of stores, restaurants and entertainment venues.

From the hotel you can walk to the main square, Piazza della Rinascita, known as Pescara's "living room," along Corso Umberto and its cross streets, reaching the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Imago Museum, Villa Urania, and, toward the sea, the Vittoria Colonna Museum of Modern Art.

Interesting is the walk along the Riviera, which is home to two of the city's iconic monuments, the Nave di Cascella and the Ponte del Mare, one of Europe's largest bicycle and pedestrian paths.

Don't miss the charming alleys of old Pescara, with Gabriele D'Annunzio's House Museum and the Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, D'Annunziana Theater and Pineta, and the historic Aurum building.
